Wie lang dauert es, bis ich meine Bestellung erhalte?

Für den ersten Grafikentwurf benötigen wir etwa zwei bis drei Werktage. Sobald du zufrieden bist und grünes Licht erteilst, benötigt es ca. fünf-acht Werktage, bis du dein Porträt in den Händen halten kannst (je nach Grösse, Material etc. abhängig).

Kann ich das Bild sehen, bevor es gedruckt wird?

Natürlich! Wir drucken nichts ohne deine Freigabe. Das beste: Du kannst beliebig viele Änderungen vorschlagen und jede einzelne davon ist kostenlos.

Was, wenn mir die Grafik nicht gefällt?

Dann setzen wir uns zusammen. Du sagst uns, was dir nicht gefällt – wir setzen das sorgfältig um. Endlos häufig – kostenfrei. Bis du komplett zufrieden bist. Bitte beachte, dass das Bild während der Produktion nicht getauscht werden kann.

Fallen Zollgebühren an?

Bei der Lieferung in die Schweiz, nach Deutschland und Österreich fallen keine Zollgebühren an. Alle anderen Länder beliefern wir gerne auf Anfrage!

Kann ich auch Extrawünsche wie andere Farbe, Stil, Kleidung, Text, etc. äußern?

Natürlich. Dein Bild, deine Wünsche. Gerne berücksichtigen wir deine Extrawünsche. Hinterlasse uns nach der Bestellung einfach einen Kommentar, damit wir Bescheid wissen. Sollte etwas nicht möglich sein, setzten wir uns mit dir in Verbindung und machen einen passenden Vorschlag.
